I was involved in the product seeding for MUJI’s new standard — the everyday-fit T-shirt.
Leveraging our company’s relationships, I selected the appropriate PR agency.
I managed the progress of the project and carried out outreach to experts, focusing mainly on media professionals.

Digital strategy planning, casting, and booking

For global lifestyle brand UGG, we were in charge of developing digital strategies utilizing KOLs for the Mother’s Day promotion and in-store activations.
From concept planning to casting and booking, we provided seamless, end-to-end support.
We engaged highly relevant and attention-grabbing talents such as Noa Sugiura, YouTuber MINAMI, and Osaki, among others.
Through strategic content on social media and YouTube, we contributed to increased brand awareness and strong engagement.

PR strategy development, public relations, and booking

The launch event for the new flagship model “ALL STAR LGCY,” which combines archival-inspired details with comfortable wearability, was held at CONVERSE STORE HARAJUKU.
Our company was responsible for developing the PR strategy and inviting media and key opinion leaders (KOLs), contributing to the event’s success.

Consulting services

We were involved in the consulting work for “Stream of Banksy Effect: The Evolution and Revolution of Street Art – Street Art (R)Evolution -,” one of the largest art exhibitions in Japan.
For this project, we were responsible for a wide range of tasks, including concept development, PR strategy planning, the design and execution of communication strategies, and PR activities for B2B promotional events.
Leveraging our expertise in fashion and culture, we implemented innovative approaches to engage new and untapped audiences.

PR retainer contract

We have entered into a PR retainer contract with sublimeroe, a brand set to debut in the Spring/Summer 2025 season.
Based on a foundation of sporty and casual styles, sublimeroe presents a bold and distinctive lineup that blends various genres.
Through unique material combinations and a wide array of color variations, the brand aims to highlight the individuality of each wearer.
sublimeroe offers a collection of hats and accessories full of character—seasoned with just the right amount of spice and perfectly in tune with the times.

A party was held for PIMENTĒ, a brand developed by SAZABY LEAGUE, Ltd.
PIMENTĒ offers a carefully curated selection of jewelry, shoes, and bags—both original pieces and items sourced from Japan and abroad.
Our company was in charge of overall production, supporting the event through a wide range of services including space direction, catering, and PR activities.

PR

Hasegawa manufacturing Co., Ltd. will release the third collaboration product between its award-winning ladder “Lucano” and the design project “Fragment Design” led by Hiroshi Fujiwara.  Our company handled the PR work for this release.

Converse Japan opened its first flagship store in Harajuku. On the day of the event, many celebrities, KOLs, and media attended, adding to the excitement of the opening reception. We handled planning, production, booking, operations, and PR.

In 1916, KARHU was founded in Helsinki, the capital of Nordic Finland. The name “KARHU” means “bear” in Finnish. The company started as a small woodworking workshop, initially producing ski boards and javelins for athletics. Later, they began developing running spikes, growing into a global sports shoe brand. In 1952, the Finnish national team wore KARHU at the Helsinki Olympics, where they performed exceptionally well, leading top athletes worldwide to use KARHU. Now, a century later, KARHU has become a beloved brand worldwide, offering products ranging from competition gear to casual wear.

Grounds is a Japanese shoe brand. They design shoes featuring distinctive three-dimensional soles, symbolized by their outsoles. Their concept, “LEAP GRAVITY,” focuses on bringing a change to the relationship between humans and gravity (the Earth) and centers on creating a human image that emphasizes the connection between the outsole—the point of contact with the ground—and the Earth.

UGG® was founded in 1978 by a surfer on the coast of California and has since become a global lifestyle brand known for its iconic Classic Boots. After gaining popularity among Hollywood celebrities and fashion editors, the brand eventually spread worldwide. Since then, UGG® has remained committed to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship, expanding its offerings to include footwear, apparel, fashion accessories, and home goods. In recent years, UGG® has also dedicated itself to being a brand that is conscious of environmental and social issues, working tirelessly to promote social justice, economic inclusion, and environmental restoration.

converse originated as a rubber shoe manufacturer founded by Marquis M. Converse in Malden, Massachusetts, in 1908. It has produced numerous iconic sneaker models, such as the “All Star,” which debuted in 1917 as a basketball shoe, along with the “Jack Purcell” and “One Star,” all of which have left a significant mark on sneaker history. Today, the brand has expanded its scope from sports to lifestyle, continually evolving while offering a variety of items that enhance people’s styles under the brand slogan “Design Yourself.
